  Natralia Feel Great Liquid Iron contains Iron and Folic Acid along with Vitamin C to improve the absorption of Iron into the blood. Natralia Feel Great Liquid Iron provides antioxidants that can help maintain blood and improve your well being.

Just a few teaspoons a day can improve the health and wellbeing of you and your family. Natralia Feel Great Liquid Iron is suitable for pregnant and post-natal women, children and adolescents.

 

 

  

Ingredients:

Each 5 ml contains: 

 

  • Malpighia Punicifolia extract equivalent to fresh juice 250 mg 

  •  Prunus Domestica (Prune) extract equivalent to dry fruit 25 mg 

  • Iron (from Ferrous Gluconate Dihydrate) 5 mg 

  •  Folic Acid 100 mcg Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 500 mcg 

  • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 ng Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 25 mg 

  • Copper (from Copper Gluconate) 500 mcg

 

 How much Iron do I need? 

Because getting enough Iron is so important the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council has established a Recommended Daily Intake for Iron for each stage in your life. Please refer to the table below and consult your healthcare professional to determine how much Iron is right for you.

 Adult male: 8 mg/day Adult female (19-50 yrs): 18 mg/day. 

Females over 54 yrs: 5–7mg/day Boys aged 14–18 yrs: 11 mg/day 

 Girls aged 14- 18 yrs 15 mg/day

 Children (4-8 yrs): 10 mg/day 

 Pregnancy: 27 mg/day Lactation: 9 mg/day   

 

Feel Great Liquid Iron contains 15mg of elemental Iron per daily adult dose (approx 3 teaspoons) meeting the majority of requirements above. For dosage for children please consult your health care professional for advice.

  • ADULTS: Take up to 15mL (3 teaspoons) daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 
  • CHILDREN: Only upon recommendation of a healthcare professional.
