Each controlled release tablet contains herbal extracts equivalent to dry:

• Ziziphus spinosa (Ziziphus) seed 1277.5mg        
• Magnolia officinallis (Magnolia) Stem Bark 1186.25mg

Zizyphus
The actual mechanism of Zizyphua is still unknown, however has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a sedative

Magnolia
Acts as a enhancer of inhibitory transmission – which helps the body to calm down and assist in the induction of sleep.

What is a controlled release formula?
Natralia Calmeze Sleep Aid works using a controlled release formula, meaning that the active ingredients in Natralia Calmeze are released in the body over an extended period.




As highlighted in the graph above, the active ingredients in Natralia Calmeze Sleep Aid are not released all at one time as per conventional dosage formulations. The slow release pattern ensures that you go to sleep and stay asleep

CLINICAL TRIALS

Clinical trials have been undertaken on the exact combination of active ingredients and have clearly established that Natralia Calmeze Sleep Aid can be safely used on humans.

In home trial 423 subjects [both men and women] participated in a clinical trial over a period of 2 weeks.  365mg was taken once daily at the Living Longer Institute [USA]

Purpose

Results taken from opened label clinical study on the safety and efficacy of a patented extract from Magnolia Officinalis and extract from Zizyphus Spinosa, 2006 – Jim LaValle.  

* HPA axis (Hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis) is a small area located in your brain under pituitary gland that releases CRH (a special hormone). The release of CRH and cortisol (another hormone directly related to stress) is influenced by stress and the sleep/wake cycle.
